Hansi Flick confirms his reward to Barcelona stars for victory over Sevilla | OneFootball

Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has revealed that he has rewarded his players for their latest three-point haul.

Barcelona were of course back in action on Sunday night, making the trip to The Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán for a La Liga meeting with Sevilla.

When all was said and done, the Blaugrana emerged on the right on the right side of a 4-1 result, owing to goals on the part of all of Robert Lewandowski, Fermín López, Raphinha, and Eric García.

The victory means that Barca now sit just two points off table-topping Real Madrid in the La Liga table.

And, evidently, the significance of as much has not been at all lost on headmaster Hansi Flick.

Speaking to the media in the aftermath of his side’s latest victory, the German tactician, in fact, confirmed an extended incoming break for his squad:

“We won and got three points, so I decided to give the team three days off to recover.”
