It wasn’t immediately clear why they were so upset with the American, but a picture posted by Pulisic after the game partially explained it. The USMNT star, in fact, appeared to be shushing Inter supporters after scoring the opening goal last night, so Inter fans reacted angrily.

Football Italia was among the accredited media at the Stadio Meazza, and despite this minor incident, there was no tension or clashes before, during or after the game.
