Longo: Walker to miss last AC Milan away fixture due to illness

Kyle Walker will leave AC Milan this summer it seems, and he will only potentially be seen in the shirt one more time.
When arriving in January, there were questions about the English defender’s ability and how he would fare during his loan spell. Now, almost five months on, those questions still remain. He certainly has not been the best, whilst also not being the worst.
For this reason, Milan will not take the action to keep him this summer, according to recent reports. At €5 million, you can certainly question whether it is a mistake, yet he has not done enough to justify a purchase.
So, the clock is winding down on his time to leave, and according to Daniele Longo, he will only have one more commitment with the Rossoneri this season.
Despite playing (admittedly poorly) in the Coppa Italia final, albeit from the bench, the Englishman will not travel to Rome on Sunday with the squad, as he has come down with a fever in the past few days. It is unlikely that he would start anyways, however, he could have been useful from the bench.
Should the Diavolo make do without him, it will only serve as another reason why he is not needed past the summer.
