United have raised their game for the biggest fixtures this season and knocked the Gunners out of the FA Cup earlier this year. Still, they are missing a number of key players and have a finely-poised Europa League knockout second leg against Real Sociedad to navigate later this week.

Arsenal, meanwhile, arrive at Old Trafford with confidence. After a difficult run in the Premier League, they smashed PSV Eindhoven 7-1 in the Champions League earlier this week. Though catching Liverpool seems out of the question, it at least proves they haven’t dropped their level of intensity just yet.
