Pau Cubarsi, who has been in brilliant form all season, starts as part of the defensive line alongside Robin Le Normand while former Barça starlet Marc Cucurella and Pedro Porro slot in as the full-backs.

Pedri, going through perhaps the best moments of his career, lines up as the attacking midfielder for Spain, with his Barcelona teammate Dani Olmo left on the bench.

Lamine Yamal is the third Barça star featuring in the La Roja lineup, slotting in on his customary right-wing position.

Ferran Torres has not made the matchday squad due to a knock but is expected to be fit for the second leg on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Inigo Martinez and Marc Casado had to withdraw from the squad altogether due to injuries they sustained against Atletico Madrid last weekend.
