Paris Saint-Germain moved 19 points clear in the Ligue 1 title race following a 3-1 Ligue 1 win over Marseille in Le Classique.
Scorers: Dembélé 17', Mendes 42', Lirola (own goal) 76' ; Gouiri 52'
PSG made a positive start and went close to notching an early lead after Nuno Mendes' low effort drew a diving save from Gerónimo Rulli.
Les Parisiens continued to push forward and Ousmane Dembélé struck the opener after bursting past the Marseille defence, rounding Rulli and curling into the net.
Despite a slow start, Marseille looked dangerous before the break and Valentin Rongier's swerving shot from 20 yards was parried to safety by Gianluigi Donnarumma.
However, Mendes put the hosts firmly in control of Le Classique before half time by slotting into the net from Fabián Ruiz's through ball.
Marseille pulled a goal back minutes into the second half when Adrien Rabiot rounded Donnarumma and unselfishly cut back to Amine Gouiri, who applied the finish into an empty net.
Dembélé almost restored PSG's two-goal advantage mid-way through the second half with a powerful strike that clipped the post.
A late Marseille own goal secured the win for Luis Enrique's PSG as Pol Lirola tried to clear a low cross but scuffed the ball into Les Olympiens' net.
PSG have now notched seven consecutive Ligue 1 victories and have clear distance ahead of Marseille at the top of the table.
