PSG are edging closer to securing Kvaratskhelia, with journalist Ben Jacobs reporting on Saturday that the player has agreed to personal terms on a contract running until the summer of 2029. The Georgian winger reportedly expressed his desire to join PSG last summer and reiterated it earlier this month.
Talks between PSG and Napoli are ongoing, and there’s optimism that an agreement could be reached quickly. Napoli are said to view a January departure as the best outcome for all parties, which could help finalize the deal soon.
Although Napoli would welcome interest from other clubs, no formal offers from Premier League sides have been made as of Saturday morning. Kvaratskhelia’s move looks increasingly likely to happen next week.
Journalist Matteo Moretto adds that Kvaratskhelia and PSG have reached a verbal agreement, with Napoli and PSG in advanced negotiations to finalize the deal by early next week.
Meanwhile, Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio recently reported that PSG and Napoli plan to meet next week to finalize Kvaratskhelia’s transfer. Reports suggest a verbal agreement is already in place.
PSG are reportedly ready to offer €70 million to €75 million or propose a deal that includes Milan Škriniar on loan, with Napoli covering his full wages.
