Real Madrid fans send Arsenal message to players during Alavés meeting | OneFootball

Sections of the away crowd in attendance at Real Madrid’s meeting with Deportivo Alavés on Sunday have made use of the opportunity to throw their support behind the club’s squad, ahead of their upcoming meeting with Arsenal.

Real Madrid are of course currently locked in action.

After turning attentions back towards matters in La Liga, the reigning Spanish champions have made the trip to Mendizorroza, for a meeting with Deportivo Alavés.

The clash comes sandwiched between a pair of Champions League quarter-final fixtures against Arsenal, the 2nd of which Carlo Ancelotti’s troops will require a minor miracle in to advance.

Trailing by three goals to nil owing to a disasterclass at The Emirates, Real Madrid will be fully aware of the uphill task facing them on Wednesday.

As alluded to above, though, this afternoon, Los Blancos have received the backing of at least some sections of the club’s fanbase.

This comes after several banners were spotted in the stands at Mendizorroza, reading:

‘We’re going to come back!’
