Real Madrid take on Barcelona this evening with the 2025 Supercopa de España at stake.
The eternal rivals contest the first silverware of the Spanish season in an El Clásico clash in Saudi Arabia. Carlo Ancelotti’s team head into the contest in good form, having won five straight games in all competitions.
In the semi-finals, two stoppage-time goals put the gloss on a 3-0 win over Mallorca after Jude Bellingham’s opener for the Spanish champions.
The current holders of the Supercopa de España, Real Madrid and can match Barcelona’s record of 14 titles tonight.
Luka Modric misses out for Real Madrid with the veteran midfielder ruled out through illness. There’s better news on Jude Bellingham, Fede Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni, who have each been passed fit. That trio were assessed after the win over Mallorca.
Carlo Ancelotti remains without defensive duo Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal, as the pair recover from ACL injuries. David Alaba is also yet to return from his ACL, which has kept the Austrian out of action for over a year.
