Outside of Greece and Belgium, many football fans might have not heard of Konstantinos Karetsas before today.

After his goal against Scotland, he is certain to be one to watch in the years to come.

The midfielder was born in Belgium to Greek parents, and played for the Red Devils all the way up to Under-21 level last year, before switching his allegiances this month, much to the delight of his new national team.

He made his Greece debut just three days ago from the bench in the 1-0 first leg loss, but tonight has made both his first start and scored his first goal, crucially making it 2-0 just before half-time.

Not 18 until November, he is unsurprisingly now the country's youngest-ever scorer, smashing the record held by Sotiris Ninis.

Ivan Jovanovic's side looks set to seal promotion to League A, and their star boy has played a big role in it.

What a night for Greek football!
