Although many Spurs fans may not want to admit it, the captain’s future could lie away from the club.
For several months now, there has been ongoing debate over whether Heung-Min Son should continue leading Tottenham.
While many of us recognise the immense value he brings to the team, others have differing opinions.
As a result, the South Korean has frequently made headlines, with rumours circulating about a possible departure once his contract expires.
Now, a new report claims that one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs is keen to secure Son’s services.

According to Fichajes, Manchester United are 'ready to splash the cash' to bring Heung-Min Son to Old Trafford at the end of the season.
The same outlet reports that United are looking to add more experience and quality to their frontline.
Having identified Son as one of Tottenham’s standout players, they are reportedly preparing to make a major offer to convince Spurs to part ways with him.
Although Son’s contract runs until June 2026, United’s manager is said to believe they have a chance of signing the 32-year-old.
While many of us may assume the club would never let their captain go—or at least hope they wouldn’t—the reality might be quite different.
Reports suggest that Spurs would be open to listening to offers for Son in the upcoming transfer window.
In fact, speculation has long existed that the club is aware of his recent decline and that his place in the starting XI is no longer guaranteed.
This uncertainty only fuels further doubt over Tottenham’s true intentions regarding their captain.
