Roma have sacked their second coach in less than two months, and their fans’ exasperation at their club’s chaotic management led some of them to make their discontent towards the Friedkin family clear.

Ivan Juric was officially fired after the Giallorossi’s 3-2 home defeat at the hand of Bologna, with an official statement claiming that the announcement of a new manager is expected in the ‘coming days’.

While Dan and Ryan Friedkin are trying to operate off the radars, they were rumoured to be in Ladispoli, a town on the outskirts of Rome.

Despite such news not being confirmed, Calciomercato.com reported that some fans hung a banner outside the hotel where they were reported to stay, reading ‘Friedkin go home’.

This was just the latest act of protest from Roma fans, who already put up a series of offensive banners outside the club’s training ground, calling the Giallorossi president and directors ‘incompetent and unworthy’.

Several names have been linked with the vacant Roma job, including Massimiliano Allegri, Claudio Ranieri and Roberto Mancini, while former Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic was defined as an ‘unlikely’ option by German outlet BILD.
