Rome Mayor shares update on delayed Roma stadium project | OneFootball

This morning, the mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, was a guest on an episode of the Morning Show on Radio Globo, to answer some questions from listeners about the projects and organization of the city.

Among the topics discussed was that of the new Roma stadium planned in the Pietralata neighborhood.

“It’s a question I’m often asked, think that there’s an Instagram user who asks me under every post. The stadium is not being built by the Municipality, it’s being built by Roma, who decided to do it, started the procedure and worked very hard in the final stages.”

“Yesterday the part regarding transport was filed and we expect the final project by spring.”
