Paris Saint-Germain are facing uncertainty in goal, with Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future up in the air. If the club decides to part ways with the 26-year-old, they’ll need to find a replacement in the transfer market.
Donnarumma’s contract runs through 2026, but past mistakes have raised concerns, prompting PSG to look for long-term options. His strong performance against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, however, has helped his case.
The club is focused on investing in young French talent, and this summer could be the perfect time for a change.
According to SportsZone, PSG are considering Lucas Chevalier from LOSC Lille as a potential option. Any move, though, will likely depend on whether PSG can offload Donnarumma, who has yet to fully win over Luis Enrique.
The Sun reported that Manchester United are considering Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp or Lucas Chevalier from Lille as potential replacements for André Onana, who is expected to move to Saudi Arabia.
UnitedMuppetiers also noted that United are prioritizing the signing of a new goalkeeper with Onana’s departure looking increasingly likely.

TalkSPORT’s Alex Crook reports strong interest in Onana from the Saudi Pro League, and Manchester United are open to offers for him. Ruben Amorim isn’t opposed to selling Onana, who has been unhappy at United for a while.
However, Onana might have other plans. ESPN’s Rob Dawson recently reported that the goalkeeper intends to stay at Manchester United, even if he receives an offer from Saudi Arabia. He would only consider leaving if the club informs him he’s not part of their plans.
Le Parisien previously reported that PSG are in a strong position to sign Chevalier despite heavy competition, largely thanks to sporting advisor Luis Campos.
Campos was instrumental in helping the goalkeeper land his first professional contract at 16, and the two have stayed in touch ever since. Transfermarkt currently values Chevalier at €30 million.
