Roma midfielder Tommaso Baldanzi spoke to the club after the 1-1 draw with Athletic Club.
In the post-match interview, Baldanzi noted, “It was a good match, we deserved more, but that’s football, if you can’t express your game for 90 minutes, this is what happens in Europe, you pay for your mistakes.”

“Now we’re left with regrets and we hope to be able to express ourselves at our best on Sunday.”
“We played the first 20/30 minutes in their half and that’s important,” he added.
“It’s a shame that in the last third of the game we dropped a bit, while they made important changes. We’ll work to bring home the 3 points in Europe too.”
