Chelsea have scored twice to give themselves a 3-1 lead at Stamford Bridge.
Their first goal was pretty fortunate – it came from a set piece which an offside looking Tosin poked in.
The second came from another defender. Marc Cucurella has been attacking the box all game, and he’s now got his reward.
Noni Madueke checked back onto his left foot from the right wing and bent in an inswinging cross which Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall flicked on to Cucurella, who took a touch in front of Jose Sa much as Tosin had done before sweeping the ball in in the first half.

Madueke then went from provider to scorer for the Blues. A set piece from near the corner flag was swung in by Cole Palmer, and the returning Trevoh Chalobah got a big head to it at the far post. The ball travelled back across goal and was going to nestle into the net, but Madueke was following up and he nodded it over the line to make sure.

Chelsea did a terrible job of defending their lead in the first half, as they have done so many times in recent weeks. We really hope that having a two goal cushion makes things a little easier for this often flighty team.
Their game management has been awful, and with a young inexperienced team, a new look back line and a goalie that’s already made a mistake today, we can’t say we’re brimming with confidence…
