The powers that be at both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich fear the potential influence of Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick on matters on the transfer front.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Sunday provided an insight into the situation.
Something of a transfer tug-of-war is currently playing out between the boards at all of Real, Bayern, and Barca.
This comes amid inter-linked battles over the respective signatures of three players – Alphonso Davies, Joshua Kimmich, and Jonathan Tah.
And, as per MD, the potential influence of the aforementioned Hansi Flick is beginning to give rise to concern at both the Allianz Arena, and Santiago Bernabéu.
Flick previously oversaw the efforts of both Davies and Kimmich in Munich, giving rise to suggestions that the German could yet lure one or both away from Bayern, and to Catalunya’s capital.
In the case of Bayer Leverkusen standout Tah, meanwhile, Flick spent time in charge of the defender whilst on the bench of the German national team, with the pair understood to boast an excellent relationship.
With Barcelona on the lookout for reinforcements at centre-half, the club’s new headmaster could in turn prove himself decisive in pushing a deal over the line.
