After Manchester City beat Aston Villa on Saturday, the other 10 WSL sides are in action today, with a table-topping Chelsea facing a tasty encounter with Arsenal first on the list.
Follow along with all the action here.
Scorers: Toone 2', Miyazawa 11', Bizet 69'
Manchester United cruised to a 3-0 win over Brighton at Leigh Sports Village in the evening WSL kick-off.
The Reds burst into action early when some determined work and a neat pass from Elizabeth Terland allowed Ella Toone to let fly with a shot from just inside the box and put her side in front after two minutes.
Less than 10 minutes later and the home side had doubled their lead when Toone played a free-kick to the edge of the box. Hinata Miyazawa hit a defender with her first attempt with her right foot, but the ball came back to her and she ended up scoring with her left.
Into the second half and Celine Bizet added a third for Marc Skinner's side, nutmegging Brighton midfielder Maisie Symonds before lifting a shot from outside of the box beyond goalkeeper Sophie Baggaley.
Man Utd now sit in second place, with a two-point advantage over Manchester City in third.
Scorers: Reiten 84' (PEN)
Sent off: Katie McCabe 83'
Arsenal were made to pay for missed chances as league leaders Chelsea stamped their authority on the WSL with a 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
The Gunners held league leaders Chelsea to a scoreless draw for just over 80 minutes, until Kim Little lunged in on Lauren James in the penalty area, and the referee awarded the spot-kick. Katie McCabe was then shown a second yellow card for foul and abusive language in the bad-tempered aftermath of the incident, and substitute Guro Reiten made no mistake in putting her side ahead from twelve yards out.
Sonia Bompastor's side are now nine points ahead of second placed Manchester City, and the Blues still haven't been beaten in the WSL after 12 games played.
Meanwhile, Arsenal sit just one point behind Man City in the standings.
Scorers: England 14', 23', Holdt 90+5'; Stengel 48', Weerden 64'
Tottenham debutant Olivia Holdt scored a superb stoppage time free-kick to seal a dramatic late 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace.
Bethany England opened the scoring in the driving rain, heading home from a superb cross from Anna Csiki.
Less than ten minutes later the striker scored again with another header, this time from a Maite Oroz corner.
Crystal Palace came out for the second half with renewed focus, and halved the deficit when Katie Stengel slammed her finish into the roof of the net from close range at the near post.
The Eagles were level just after the hour mark, when Ashleigh Weerden slotted her finish through the legs of Spurs 'keeper Lize Kop.
Just when it looked like Palace had earned a point, Tottenham debutant Olivia Holdt swung in a free kick from the edge of the box deep into stoppage time to win the game for Robert Vilahamn's side.
Scorers: Smith 3'; Cayman 17', Goodwin 40'
Leicester came back to earn only their second win over the season with a 2-1 victory over Liverpool.
Matt Beard's side went ahead after just three minutes when Olivia Smith closed down Janina Leitzig, the Leicester keeper slamming her clearance into the forward and the ball ricocheted into the back of the net.
The Foxes steadily recovered their composure from that early setback and equalised from a set piece, when Janice Cayman netted on the volley after a long free-kick was flicked on inside the box.
Just before half-time, Leicester intercepted a throw in adjacent to their own penalty box, and a quick pass to the unmarked Missy Goodwin allowed the 21-year-old forward to roll the ball into the back of the net.
With this defeat, Liverpool slump to seventh in the WSL table, while the Foxes remain second from bottom.
Scorers: Martinez 9' Asseyi 45' (PEN)
West Ham did all the work in the first half as they registered a 2-0 home win over Everton.
The Hammers raced to an early lead when Shekiera Martinez leapt highest to head home the corner delivery at the near post.
The home side doubled their advantage when Viviane Asseyi stepped up to cooly slot home a penalty at the end of the first half.
Rehanne Skinner's side now advance to eighth in the table with their third win of the campaign so far, while Everton sit in 10th place.
The fourth round of the Women's FA Cup reaches its conclusion on Wednesday, as Arsenal host Bristol City, Everton play Tottenham, Liverpool are away at West Ham and Brighton take on Durham.
