Last week, we pitted our special guest – Billy Lunn from The Subways – against an AI to see who could most accurately predict the results of Premier League matchday 9.
Billy correctly predicted Everton’s 1-1 draw with Fulham, along with two other correct results over the course of the weekend.
But the AI was once again the winner, predicting the 1-1 draw at Goodison Park and Aston Villa’s 1-1 draw with Bournemouth, plus two correct results.
That leaves the scores (three points for a correct score and one point for a correct result) at 75-70 in the AI’s favour after nine rounds of games this season.
Let’s see if this week’s special guest, James Ryan, a Manchester United fan and bassist in English rock band The Slow Readers Club, can get the human race back in the race this week.
Our AI is powered by Maik mit AI. Check out their website here.
Watch the video to find out what James and Maik mit AI went for in the three biggest matches of the weekend; Newcastle v Arsenal, Tottenham v Aston Villa and the Super Sunday clash between Manchester United and Chelsea.
The Slow Readers Club’s new single ’Technofear’ is out now. Their studio album ‘Out Of A Dream’ is due for release on March 14th 2025.
