La Liga giants Barcelona have added a new name to the club’s Champions League squad list for the 2nd half of the campaign.
The player called up? Noah Darvich.
A free space recently opened up on Barca’s European squad list for the months ahead.
This came after youngster Unai Hernández opted to depart for the riches of the Saudi Pro League.
Hansi Flick and co, in turn, were left with a decision to make, regarding who would be drafted in to replace the outbound Unai.
And, as alluded to above, the Blaugrana coaching staff have opted for attacking midfielder Noah Darvich.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:
‘Unai’s place will be taken by 18-year-old German midfielder Noah Darvich , who has just recovered from an injury. Having been with the club for less than two years, he was not included in the B list in September.’
Elsewhere, goalkeeper Áron Yaakobishvili and midfielder Guille Fernández have been added to Barcelona’s Champions League B list.
