Chelsea host West Ham and former manager Graham Potter in the Premier League this evening.
Enzo Maresca’s team can climb back into the top four with three points, following defeats for Manchester City and Newcastle over the weekend. However, the Blues are struggling for form and have won just once in their last seven Premier League games.
Potter returns to Stamford Bridge for the first time since he was sacked in April 2023. Now head coach at London rivals West Ham, he’ll be hoping to prove a point to his old employers.
Chelsea are set to be without Joao Felix for the game with the forward nearing a loan exit. AC Milan have reached a verbal agreement with Chelsea to sign the Portugal international before the 11pm deadline.
Ben Chilwell is also heading out the door to join Crystal Palace on loan. The left-back has failed to make a league appearance this season.
Enzo Maresca faces a big decision in goal following Robert Sanchez’s shambolic showing last weekend. Filip Jorgensen could come in after another error-prone performance from the Spaniard.
Mykhailo Mudryk (suspended), Romeo Lavia (thigh), Wesley Fofana (hamstring) and Benoit Badiashile (thigh) all remain sidelined.
Chelsea predicted XI: Jorgensen; James, Adarabioyo, Colwill, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo; Madueke, Palmer, Neto, Jackson.
Chelsea host West Ham in the Premier League on Monday February 3rd 2025. Kick-off at Stamford Bridge is 20:00 GMT.
Chelsea vs West Ham will be available to watch on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Go UK, Sky Sports Ultra and NOW UK.
