CorSera: Milan will not block star exits this summer – all offers will be evaluated

It’s been a very tough season for AC Milan and as the relationship with the fans is at a breaking point, major changes are expected in the summer. According to a report, the Rossoneri are ready to change their stance on the stars.
Champions League appears to be out of reach for Sergio Conceicao’s side and not qualifying for the competition would, of course, be a huge failure. It would also have financial effects, which could prompt Milan to adopt a different strategy.
As highlighted by Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), up until this point, Milan have always been very protective of their stars. Sandro Tonali has been the only exception, given the hefty offer, but for key players like Mike Maignan, Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao the Rossoneri have always asked for a lot.
However, as hinted in January with Como’s interest in the left-back, no player is unsellable and Milan will evaluate all offers that arrive in great detail. It has a lot to do with their disappointing performances this season but it’s equally true that the Rossoneri will need to balance the accounts without the Champions League money.
Today’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport did a full breakdown of the squad, highlighting who will leave and stay this summer.
