CorSport: ‘Missing managerial figure’ – Paratici in ‘pole position’ to be new Milan director

AC Milan are expected to hire a new sporting director in the summer, and it seems that the club are quite confident in their choice at the moment.
There have been several names attached to the vacant post of the sporting director, and it seems Milan have a firm idea in mind about a replacement. Despite the fact that another candidate has been added to the list this morning.
In reports though, it has always been suggested that someone with Italian experience is more preferable, something which also translates to the hunt for a new head coach, and despite Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s appeals, it seems that Igli Tare’s chances are not as high as they may have been.
Instead, Corriere dello Sport report that Fabio Partici is in ‘pole position’ for the job, after serving his suspension. Like Allegri, he is seeking redemption, and returning the Rossoneri to their previous prestige is seen as an ‘attractive’ way to do that.
His suspension is up in the summer, though he could do ‘reduced duties’ beforehand as confirmed in April of 2023. Nevertheless, a decision is yet to be made, and the Diavolo have the gift of time to find the ‘missing managerial figure’.
