Rough and tumble English football managers don't often show off their bright and bubbly side, but Charlotte FC have done just that with head coach Dean Smith.
The MLS side have flourished under the tutelage of the former Leicester City boss, capturing a 5th place finish in the Eastern Conference in 2024 to qualify for the MLS Cup Playoffs.

But off the pitch, Smith appears to be living life in Charlotte as well.
