Manchester City’s Jack Grealish is attracting growing interest from throughout Europe, with a new report pointing towards two clubs who are particularly keen.

The England international has endured somewhat of a complex time at the Etihad Stadium since his stellar role in Manchester City’s Treble success of 2022/23, and the vital performances he put in to drive the club towards a historic triumph at the back-end of that campaign.

This season in particular, Grealish has faced added competition out on the left as Jeremy Doku continues to bring directness and flair, while Savinho has built up a strong goal-providing partnership with the ever-deadly Erling Haaland.

Pep Guardiola briefly trialled Grealish in a central role for the club during their difficult run of results across November and December, and while the former Aston Villa captain showed a strong performance with plenty of promise, further chances in the position have not come.

As such, there are growing question marks over whether Jack Grealish has a future at Manchester City beyond the end of the ongoing season, with a number of clubs being added to a list of potential suitors.

According to the information of The Sun newspaper, Jack Grealish is now being tracked by two of Europe’s biggest clubs, with his future at Manchester City becoming ‘increasingly uncertain’, as Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund are now ‘closely monitoring developments’.

However, since the emergence of the report from England, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg has insisted that the rumours linking Borussia Dortmund with Grealish are ‘wide of the mark’.

Manager Pep Guardiola was recently quizzed on why he continues to opt for Savinho out on the left for Manchester City ahead of Jack Grealish, to which the Catalan coach insisted that the Brazilian was simply strong in several departments at present.

“They have to compete and now Savinho is in better shape and everything than Jack (Grealish), and that’s why I play Savinho,” Guardiola told reporters in a recent press conference.

Guardiola continued, “I wanted Jack for the Treble, yeah. I want it! But I try to be honest with myself, and Savinho delivering into the box is higher than maybe other wingers in that position. They have to fight!”

For now, there is no indication that Jack Grealish or City would be open to a transfer in the coming months, although it remains to be seen whether interest from other clubs could tempt the England international into a change of scenery at the height of his career.
