Ex-Roma man Justin Kluivert praises Olimpico atmosphere: “I will never forget those fans.”

Former Roma attacker Justin Kluivert had high praise for his ex-team and the atmosphere at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Dutchman, who is currently at Bournemouth and who also played for Roma in between 2018 and 2020, gave an interview to Gianlucadimarzio.com.

“What has remained in my heart about Rome is the city, the fans, the atmosphere at the stadium is something special, it is unique: I will never forget it, I will always be grateful for that experience,” said Kluivert who joined Roma from Ajax.

“Ranieri? A legend. For me he is simply an icon in the world of football. I remember when I was injured, he came with me to the physiotherapist, he accompanied me; it is something that not all coaches do. I have good memories, for sure.”
