Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has now gone on to name the ‘dream’ transfer target for Chelsea for the summer window.

The Blues are expected to be busy now this summer, and we have had plenty of updates floating around this week already.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has put out his latest YouTube video at the weekend with a bunch of info in that. The main takeaway was Romano saying Chelsea are going to be in the market for a new striker, a centre back, and a winger in the summer.

And there has also been a lot of noise regarding Jadon Sancho and whether Chelsea will actually be signing him from Manchester United permanently in the summer or not. The Athletic are reporting that there is a £5m break clause fee that Chelsea can pay to send him back and terminate the loan obligation to buy.

As Romano mentions above, a new winger is on the agenda for Chelsea in the summer despite already spending out a lot on new wingers in recent windows. And he has put some more info out on this now and even dropped a name for the winger position.

Chelsea’s dream target

Writing for GIVEMESPORT this week, Romano says that Nico Williams is the dream target for Chelsea, not just for them unfortunately.

He writes:

“Nico Williams is the dream wing target for top clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern and let’s see what happens with Barcelona. More than 1 year ago, Chelsea wanted Nico Williams. For sure, they will add one more winger this summer window. You have to convince Nico, that’s the main factor for these clubs.”

So it’s all on the player and also, I can’t see Chelsea paying his big wages.
