Real Madrid are already preparing for the next transfer window, and part of the plan involves moving on from players who have not lived up to expectations.
According to reports from Fichajes, club president Florentino Perez has decided that three squad members will not continue at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The players in question—Fran Garcia, Arda Guler, and Jesus Vallejo—are set to depart due to underwhelming performances and the arrival of reinforcements in their respective positions.
Starting with Garcia, his future at Real Madrid is now uncertain as the club looks to bring back Miguel Gutierrez from Girona.
The young left-back has impressed with his performances and is seen as a more reliable option to challenge Ferland Mendy for a place in the starting lineup.
With Gutierrez likely to return, Garcia’s opportunities at the club will be severely limited, making an exit the most realistic outcome.

As for Guler, injuries and lack of manager’s trust have played a significant role in his struggles to establish himself in Carlo Ancelotti’s plans.
The Turkish midfielder has found it difficult to adapt, and with Nico Paz making significant progress, the competition for a spot in midfield has become even tougher.
The club sees Paz as a promising option for the future, and Guler may need to seek regular playing time elsewhere to continue his development.
Meanwhile, Vallejo’s departure has been long anticipated. The centre-back has never truly earned Ancelotti’s trust and has struggled to secure consistent minutes.
With Real Madrid aiming to bring in a top-level defender, Vallejo no longer fits into the club’s plans. His exit will allow the team to reinforce the defence with a player capable of making a stronger impact.
Madrid’s approach to the transfer market is clear—they want a squad capable of competing at the highest level and these departures are part of a broader strategy to ensure every position has players who can make a real difference on the pitch.
