Having left Real Madrid in the summer of 2024, Nico Paz has enjoyed a brilliant season so far at Como 1907.
The 20-year-old Argentine attacking midfield sensation has been a revelation in Serie A, registering six goals and five assists from 26 appearances in the Italian top flight.
Given his brilliant progress, rumours of a possible return to the Santiago Bernabeu having been doing the rounds, with Real Madrid retaining a buyback option worth only €8 million.
However, now according to Corriere dello Sport (h/t Fichajes), instead of returning to Real Madrid, Nico Paz now seems set to take the next step in Italian football.
Indeed, Inter Milan have begun discussions with Nico Paz’s representatives to secure his signing in the coming transfer windows.

The connection between the Nerazzurri’s vice-president Javier Zanetti and Nico’s father, Pablo Paz, has helped accelerate negotiations, bringing the player closer to joining one of Italy’s biggest clubs.
Although Real Madrid included a buyback clause, the Merengues have not made a concrete decision to activate it.
A lack of space in the squad, combined with the player’s desire to continue his development with regular minutes, may tilt the decision in favour of a move to Inter.
Despite Real Madrid retaining control over his future, all indications suggest that the player has made up his mind and will soon be wearing Inter’s colours.
