David Hancko believes Feyenoord put in a ‘fantastic’ performance against AC Milan, and admitted to marking Santiago Gimenez in a way he knows frustrates him.

“We played a fantastic match. We prepared well, we were good in attack and defence. We pressed well and did what we had prepared. The fans were also fantastic. Now we need consistency, we will have to do the same next week,” he said.

“Facing Gimenez? I marked him tightly because I know he doesn’t like it. I worked well with the other central defender and we managed to block everything.”
