Igor Tudor’s quick thinking inspired the Juventus winner against Genoa, as the debutant coach took over from ball boys to get a fast throw-in.
The coach replaced Thiago Motta six days ago and has transformed their tactics to a 3-4-2-1 formation, but also wants his team to be more immediate in their approach towards attacking football.
That includes speeding up the play and he proved it by picking up the ball that had rolled into his technical area, immediately throwing it to Teun Koopmeiners and shouting for him to take the quick throw-in.

Dusan Vlahovic flicked that on for Kenan Yildiz, who burst forward to score from a tight angle.
It was particularly intriguing as a technique because ball boys have a different role in Serie A from this season.
They do not pass the ball directly to the players anymore, but place them on to holders along the touchline, ready to be picked up.
This is meant to speed up the tempo of the game, but Tudor found a way to make it even quicker.
