Thiago Motta and Paolo Vanoli were sent off in the second half of the Derby della Mole between Juventus and Torino.
Tension erupted midway through the second half when Torino appealed for a foul and a potential red card for Juventus defender Nicolò Savona.
The Italy international challenged Yann Karamoh with a sliding tackle at the edge of the Juventus box but touched the ball before his opponent.

Torino players on the bench and the pitch vehemently demanded the referee’s intervention, causing Motta’s reaction on the touchline.
According to the DAZN pitchside reporter, Motta and Vanoli argued close to their benches, sparking a second scuffle between the players.
Referee Michael Fabbri didn’t take long to show a red card to both coaches.
Motta recently served a one-game ban in Serie A against Venezia.
Juventus and Torino’s players had already clashed less than two minutes after kick-off when Weston McKennie tried to get the ball near the Granata’s bench.
