Juventus are reportedly prepared to cash in on attacking midfielder Kenan Yildiz as part of their bid to sign Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali.

Yildiz, 19, is enjoying a breakout season with Thiago Motta's side and has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League. The Turkiye international has previously been named as a key target for Manchester United, while Liverpool have also been tipped to move for Yildiz in 2025.

Recently, a report claimed both United and Chelsea had failed with bids for Yildiz during the summer, with Juve instead tying the midfielder down to a new contract which runs until 2029.

Now, however, Corriere dello Sport state Juve have taken the drastic decision to make Yildiz available for transfer as part of their bid to sign Tonali.

Juve officials are scared of missing out on a spot in next season's Champions League and are said to have decided that Tonali's arrival in January should be a priority. Newcastle are demanding a fee of €55m (£45.7m) to sell the Italian, who has also been linked with a return to AC Milan.

To help raise that money, Juventus are reportedly prepared to sell Yildiz for €40m (£33.2m), sparking significant interest from the Premier League.

Such a fee would undoubtedly appeal to the likes of United, Chelsea and Liverpool, but the biggest test could be convincing Yildiz to move on from Juventus.

"Juventus is an extraordinary club and wearing this shirt, the number 10 at that, fills me with pride," he told Tuttosport. "Where do I see myself in five years? On the pitch, giving everything to win with this shirt.

"I feel very good here, Turin is a beautiful and peaceful city, I like it a lot, the people are kind and respectful. I can walk around the centre without any problems, enjoying wonderful walks. Of course, every now and then someone stops me for an autograph or a photo, but this can only make me happy."
