AC Milan have reached an agreement with Fiorentina over the signing of Riccardo Sottil on loan with an option to buy deal, a report claims.

It has been quite a busy deadline day for Milan already given that they have confirmed the loan exit of Alvaro Morata, the sale of Davide Calabria and the signing of Santiago Gimenez.

They are still looking to do more work in the forward areas though, with Joao Felix reportedly close to joining on what will be a dry loan deal from Chelsea.

According to what is being reported by Matteo Moretto of Relevo, Milan and Fiorentina have reached an agreement for Riccardo Sottil. It will be a paid loan with an option to buy set at around €10m.

La Viola are looking for a replacement to give the definitive green light to the Italian leaving. The 25-year-old can play as an attacking midfielder or winger, and has five goals plus three assists in 25 games across all competitions this season.

Sottil was in the youth sector at Torino before moving to Fiorentina in 2016 when he was 17 years of age. He has 15 goals and 14 assists across 138 games for La Viola, while he was also capped by the national team up to U21 level.
