Japan international defender Yukinari Sugawara has become a key target for Serie A side Napoli.
With Southampton's relegation from the Premier League all but certain, the Italian club are hoping to take advantage by purchasing Sugawara according to Calcio Mercato.

The 24-year-old, who joined the Saints from AZ Alkmaar last summer, could be available for €12 million (approx. £10m) in the summer.
Sugawara has featured 28 times for struggling Southampton this season and has scored once during the club's 3-1 defeat away to Brentford early in the season.
Napoli are currently second in Serie A just three points behind leaders Inter and enjoyed a 2-1 win at home to AC Milan on Sunday evening.
