Despite the Merseyside derby's postponement, there was still plenty of Premier League drama over the weekend as both Manchester clubs slipped up again, Chelsea fought back to defeat Tottenham and Arsenal were held by Fulham.
And the standout man from all the action was...

Things looked bleak for Chelsea early in their trip to Tottenham as Marc Cucurella's choice of footwear proved costly in seeing them fall to a quick 2-0 deficit.
A Jadon Sancho screamer reduced the deficit at half-time and in the second half, it became the Cole Palmer show in turning things around, ultimately securing a dramatic 4-3 win for the Blues.
Firstly, the Premier League's most reliable penalty taker was afforded a chance that he never passes up from the spot after Moisés Caicedo was wiped out inside the area. That allowed the former Manchester City midfielder to give goalkeeper Fraser Forster the eyes before curling into the corner.
He was pivotal in Chelsea's third from Enzo Fernández too, something that didn't seem likely when he picked up the ball on the wing with his back to goal and three white jerseys between him and the area.
But after spinning his way past several tackles with some devastating dribbling, his deflected cross found the Argentine to volley home.
It isn't hard to see why he has created more chances than any other Premier League player this season with 40.
Not content with just scoring and providing, he then combined both when he was bundled over inside the box to earn Chelsea another penalty.
After dusting himself down, the 22-year-old pulled off a cheeky chip down the middle for what proved to be a pivotal fourth goal.
That also proved to be his 37th league goal involvement for the calendar year - which saw him set a new club record in the process.
He also leads the entire league in that chart since the start of 2023/24 with 50 goals - marginally ahead of Mohamed Salah in second.
Palmer has also managed to reach the half century in just 48 games, meaning only three players have hit that landmark faster.
"I trust him in every aspect. He's a fantastic guy. He's now learning how to play when he is man-marked because Yves Bissouma was with him this whole game," his coach Enzo Maresca said of Palmer's performance.
"He's learning, improving and scoring which makes him and us happy. He belongs in the category of top players. Today some young players have one good game and lose their balance but Cole is always the same."
It is that consistency which makes him such a special talent.
