Inter Milan defensive prodigy Christos Alexiou has become a concrete transfer target for Greek giants Olympiacos.
According to Sport24, last season’s UEFA Conference League winners are keen to sign the 19-year-old this summer.
Furthermore, flattered by the interest, the youngster could join the Piraeus club in the coming months.
With only a year left on his contract at the San Siro, Alexiou could wave goodbye to Inter in the upcoming transfer window.
Fittingly, he would leave Italy to embark on a senior career in his native country.

Olympiacos are very keen on signing Alexiou. And Alexiou himself is very keen to join Olympiacos according to Greek sources SempreInter have spoken to.
This as Alexiou is very interested as Olympiacos offer and project is very tempting and serious.
These sources also confirm to SempreInter that Olympiacos can and are willing to pay Inter cash for the player.
Furthermore, there has already been a meeting to set the ball in motion. Despite his young age, Alexiou is already a star in the making.
Indeed, he captained Inter to the UEFA Youth League quarterfinals, where Trabzon narrowly edged the Nerazzurri.
Moreover, Primavera coach Andrea Zanchetta handed the highly-rated youngster 26 league starts this season.
Alexiou’s leadership skills and tactical prowess have made him one of the most exciting defensive prospects.
Though Simone Inzaghi has yet to give him his maiden senior appearance for the club, the Greek talent is in high demand.
Olympiacos will likely try to take him to Athens, relying on his desire to join and an uncertain contract situation at San Siro.
