Tottenham are planning to make an offer for Chelsea transfer target Liam Delap this summer according to reports.
The Blues are once again set for a busy summer, and could look to fund their business by selling as many as seven or eight players.
Chelsea face a critical window with the club looking to sign a striker, centre back and right footed attacker to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad.
A striker is the main priority and the Blues have paid the price for not signing an alternative to Nicolas Jackson both last summer and in January.
Delap is available for £30m after the Tractor Boys’ relegation was confirmed, and Chelsea have identified him as one of their main targets.

The 22-year-old is said to be asking for as much as £150,000 per week from his next club, and he’s impressed with 12 league goals in his debut season.
A whole host of clubs are interested, with Maresca calling Delap “fantastic” earlier this season, and Give Me Sport have now reported Spurs are planning to make an offer for the striker.
The report adds there’s confidence behind the scenes that there’s a “serious possibility” they could land England under-21 international ahead of their rivals, with the club said to view him as a “bargain” option.
If the Blues were to miss out on Delap, they do have alternative targets, with Bundesliga duo Benjamin Sesko and Hugo Ekitike said to be on their shortlist.
A move for Victor Osimhen appears unlikely despite John Obi Mikel insisting he wants to play for the club, whilst the Blues are reportedly in the race for Viktor Gyokeres.

Whoever the Blues end up signing it’s vital they make the right decision, because if they get it wrong it could really set the club back.
