Igor Tudor transforms the Juventus tactics on his debut, using a three-man defence with Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz upfront against Fabio Miretti’s Genoa.

It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 17.00 GMT.

Juve sensationally sacked Thiago Motta last week following heavy back-to-back defeats against Atalanta and Fiorentina, where they conceded seven goals and scored zero.

Tudor is in charge until the end of the season and is already busy shaking things up, introducing a three-man defence and moving Nico Gonzalez into a deeper, wide role.

Teun Koopmeiners and Kenan Yildiz are joint trequartisti sitting behind Vlahovic, who is preferred to Randal Kolo Muani.

Douglas Luiz, Andrea Cambiaso, Arek Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal are still out injured, with Renato Veiga preferred to Pierre Kalulu.

Genoa are coached by former Juventus midfielder Patrick Vieira, whose side are relatively comfortable mid-table and unbeaten in three rounds.

Aaron Martin is an important loss due to suspension, with Maxwel Cornet, Junior Messias, Vitinha, Mattia Bani, Honest Ahanor, Hugo Cuenca and Mario Balotelli injured.

Alan Matturro steps into the left-back role for Martin, while ex-Juve midfielder Miretti starts in support of Andrea Pinamonti.

Ukraine international Ruslan Malinovskiy got his first start since that horrific leg break on September 21, having provided two assists for Miretti in the 2-1 win over Lecce, but returns to the bench here.

Genoa debut their new fourth kit, released in honour of their bond with Argentina’s Boca Juniors, a club founded by Genoese emigrants.

Juventus: Di Gregorio; Gatti, Veiga, Kelly; Nico Gonzalez, Locatelli, Thuram, McKennie; Koopmeiners, Yildiz; Vlahovic

Genoa: Leali; Sabelli, De Winter, Vasquez, Matturro; Masini, Frendrup, Onana; Zanoli, Pinamonti, Miretti
