Manchester City and Bournemouth have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s FA Cup quarter-final tie at the Vitality Stadium. The FA Cup is Manchester City’s last chance to claim silverware this season and they’ll be eager to pick up a victory today. But they’ll face a hungry Bournemouth side who have impressed this season. Andoni Iraola’s side plays attractive football and will be up for the occasion in front of their home fans. A mouth-watering FA Cup tie awaits at the Vitality Stadium today.
Manchester City will enter today’s match without four key players. Rodri, Nathan Ake, John Stones and Manuel Akanji are all out of today’s match due to long-term injuries.
In positive news on the injury front, Pep Guardiola confirmed that all of Manchester City’s players returned from international duty at full fitness. Although, he did say that his players were suffering from fatigue after playing for their countries.
Ederson is available for today’s match after recovering from the abductor injury which saw him miss Manchester City’s 2-all draw with Brighton. Oscar Bobb could return to the Manchester City squad for the first time this season today.
