Former Chelsea striker Loic Remy has named three clubs Cole Palmer could join amid the club’s current slump in form.
The Blues are now on a run of two wins in their last nine league matches following the 3-0 defeat to Brighton on Friday night, and worryingly they don’t look like ending the run anytime soon.
Chelsea dropped to sixth after victories for Manchester City and Bournemouth over the weekend, but are only a point outside the top four.
Palmer cut a frustrated figure on Friday night and Jamie Carragher believes he will want to leave unless Chelsea start competing for major trophies soon.
Despite the arrival of Joao Felix, Jadon Sancho and Pedro Neto in the summer, Palmer has still been Chelsea’s go to man in attack.
The England international is Chelsea’s top scorer with 14 league goals, whilst he’s also provided six assists, but his form has dipped in recent weeks.
Palmer is currently on a run of five games without a goal, which by his standards is a drought and Paul Merson feels the the absence of Nicolas Jackson is impacting his performances.

If Chelsea miss out on the Champions League again it could have wider consequences with players like Palmer potentially considering their future.
Ex-Blue Remy feels it would only be natural for the 22-year-old to consider leaving if the Blues fail to compete for major trophies, and he named three clubs Palmer could join.
“He has so much ability with the ball and he makes the game look easy, he has all the technical talent to thrive at a club like Real Madrid, Barcelona or Atletico Madrid.
“He has the profile to be a success there, but first he will try to win major trophies with Chelsea, that is his priority.
