Tottenham Hotspur want to sign the Swedish youth international Roony Bardghji at the end of the season.
Tottenham have made significant changes to their transfer policy in recent years. They have prioritized signing young players for long-term success and will continue with a similar approach moving forward.
According to a report from GiveMeSport, the North London club are eyeing a summer move for FC Copenhagen star Roony Bardghji. They have been keeping a close eye on the teenage sensation ahead of a potential move.
Mathys Tel became the latest teenager to join Tottenham when they struck a deal with Bayern Munich during the winter transfer window’s deadline day. While they have already added quite a few young stars to their squad, Ange Postecoglou wants to lure more up-and-coming talents to the club.
Bardghji has been out of action with a serious knee injury for some time but that hasn’t affected Spurs’ pursuit. They consider him a huge prospect and want to unite him with his compatriot Lucas Bergvall.
While rival clubs could cause significant problems, Tottenham have been working on a potential transfer for some time and members of their recruitment team are hoping their strong relations with their player’s agency could help them beat the competition.

One of the key reasons Spurs are pushing hard for his signature is the potential for a cut-price deal this summer, as his contract expires at the end of 2025. The North London club could have an opportunity to sign him for under £10 million as the Danish club do not want to risk a situation where he ends up leaving as a free agent.
While the 19-year-old winger may not be ready for a major role in the Premier League, he certainly adds more depth on the flanks and has the potential to make a significant impact in the long run.
The player missed 48 games through injury last season, and it will be interesting to see if he can get back to his best in the coming months.
