Premier League clubs expected to splash out in attack this summer
London Standard
Real Madrid have been tipped to continue their Premier League raid this summer by snapping up Crystal Palace star Adam Wharton after luring Trent Alexander-Arnold away from Liverpool. The Spanish giants have reportedly scouted the £70million-rated midfielder following his return from injury.
Arsenal are also keen on a new midfielder and hope to pair Martin Zubimendi with Joshua Kimmich, who is looking to leave Bayern Munich when his contract expires at the end of the season. Inter Milan are also keen but it is the Gunners who reportedly lead the race.
Manchester United and Tottenham are the latest teams to explore a move for Benjamin Sesko, who will be available for £66million this summer thanks to a clause in his RB Leipzig contract. The Gunners continue to be linked. Jonathan David is another Premier League transfer target and will be available on a free this summer. Follow all the latest news, gossip and rumours below!

Liverpool could find themselves in pole position to sign Alexander Isak this summer.
Arsenal have long been admirers of Isak and were expected to make a move for the Newcastle striker at the end of the season.
However, The Mirror report that the Gunners would likely have to sell players first to fund Isak’s transfer, with Newcastle valuing him at more than £150m, and could instead turn to Benjamin Sesko as a more realistic option.
Liverpool remain interested, though, in Isak and the path could soon be clear for them.

Arsenal are in talks over a sensational free signing of Bayern Munich star Joshua Kimmich, according to reports in Germany.
Eyebrows were raised earlier this week amid reports Bayern had withdrawn their latest contract offer for the versatile 30-year-old, who has won eight Bundesliga titles and one Champions League trophy during a decade with the club.
Both Liverpool and Manchester City have been linked with Kimmich, who has 97 caps for Germany, but Sky Germany report it is Arsenal who have been in talks over a Bosman move at the end of the season.
Arsenal are looking for a replacement for midfield duo Jorginho and Thomas Partey, who are also out of contract at the end of the season and expected to leave.
Bayern reportedly offered Kimmich a three-year deal worth around £375,000 a week, which would have been an increase in his current reported wage of £320,000 a week.
But now the Gunners have made their intentions clear by confirming their interest in talks.
