Fiorentina – Inter suspended as Edoardo Bove collapses on the pitch

Serie A game involving Fiorentina and Inter has been suspended as Edoardo Bove collapsed on the pitch.

In desperate and emotional scenes, Bove collapsed onto the floor and soon enough, the players of both teams surrounded him in a circle. The emergency ambulance took time in coming onto the pitch until the players and fans urged for it to come on and help the situation.

The play was suspended as Bove was carried off and the players looked very emotional and distraught. The players returned to the locker room and it remains to be seen what truly happened and more details on Bove’s situation are yet to emerge. More is expected soon enough.
