Consistent performances have meant that Brentford now sit second in the south group of the PDL, four points behind leaders Charlton Athletic but with three games in hand.
A first-half Iwan Morgan hat-trick led the young Bees to a 5-2 win over Ipswich Town U21s last time out.
In a scintillating opening 20 minutes, Morgan scored twice and Romelle Donovan once to give Brentford a strong lead.
The visitors added two goals in the next eight minutes, however Morgan had his hat-trick soon after to make it 4-2 going into the break.
Fábio Carvalho added a fifth goal for the young Bees late in the second half, helping the hosts secure all three points following a draw with Watford the game prior.
Previously against Millwall, Brentford cruised to a 3-1 win at Wheatsheaf Park. Ashley Hay scored a brace in another impressive display, Ryan Trevitt the other goalscorer in a strong performance from MacFarlane’s side.

Following their loss to Brentford in early November, Millwall went on an eight-game unbeaten run in the league, including seven wins, five of those being clean sheets.
The run came to an end last time out, the young Lions losing 1-0 to Charlton Athletic away from home.
