Days after being heavily linked with a transfer switch to Roma, Giacomo Raspadori played the hero for Napoli with his decisive goal in a narrow 1-0 victory against Venezia.

The win propelled the Partenopei back to the top of the table alongside Atalanta. Following the clash, Antonio Conte shared his thoughts on the future of the versatile Italian forward, who also recently drew interest from Juventus.

“We’re reimagining Raspadori as an option,” Conte told DAZN.

“I’m working with him as a central midfielder: adding quality to the heart of the game, as we did today, could be a very effective strategy. I’m personally thrilled for Jack—he deserves it, given the energy and dedication he shows in every training session. He’s fully committed to the project.”

Adding, “To win matches, we need to find goals, and his contributions are becoming vital. We have to keep finding different solutions. Raspadori, along with players like Neres and Politano, is fully available for the team.”
