Spanish news outlet Fichajes has reported that Chelsea are going to make a move for AC Milan winger Rafael Leao in the upcoming summer transfer window. The club is ready to spend €100 million to bring the Portugal international to Stamford Bridge. It is a huge amount of money, but the Blues do have the financial resources to spend that amount.
