Real Madrid locked horns with Granada at the Nuevo Estadio de Los Cármenes earlier this evening as they hoped to grab all three points on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a good start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 38th minute when Fran Garcia got his name on the scoresheet. Arda Guler doubled his side’s advantage in injury time as Carlo Ancelotti’s men went into the half-time interval with a 2-0 lead.
Brahim Diaz killed the game off in the 49th minute before going on to score again just nine minutes later. The match finished with Real Madrid securing a dominant 4-0 win on their travels.
Let’s take a look at how each Real Madrid player performed during the match against Granada.
GK: Thibaut Courtois – 6.5/10
Courtois made one solid save at the back and secured an easy clean sheet this evening.
RB: Lucas Vazquez – 8/10
He got stuck in a few solid tackles and had two lively moments in the Granada half.
CB: Eder Militao – 7/10
Militao gave a good account of himself on the defensive third of the field and did enough to keep a clean sheet.
CB: Antonio Rudiger – 7/10
He cleared the danger when needed and was tidy with his ball distribution.

LB: Fran Garcia – 8.5/10
He was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch and has got a goal and an assist to show for his efforts.
CM: Luka Modric – 8/10
Modric caused a few problems for the opposition defenders and ended the game with an assist to his name.
CM: Eduardo Camavinga – 8/10
He anchored the midfield with conviction and made one decent run with the ball.
CM: Dani Ceballos – 7/10
Ceballos caught the eye at times in the middle of the park and did well to pick up an assist this evening.
RW: Arda Guler – 8/10
Guler was a threat at times and managed to double his team’s lead in the latter stages of the first half.
ST: Joselu – 7/10
He was a real handful for the Granada defenders but there was no goal for him.
LW: Brahim Diaz – 9.5/10
Diaz was a constant menace in the final third and did well to bag a quick-fire brace early in the second half.
CB: Nacho – 6.5/10
