One Chelsea legend Gary Cahill was at the match and he has hailed one key player in the game as being one of the best in Europe after his influence on the match.

Cahill wasn’t the only one praising this player as well, with team mate Pedro Neto joining in and picking up on the character of the Chelsea hero from Friday night.

Chelsea will now move on to their final league game of the season next weekend away at Nottingham Forest, and it’s another game they have to win the secure Champions League qualification.

Chelsea are without a striker due to Nicolas Jackson still being suspended. However, it looks like there is a chance that Maresca might have one striker back available.

Journalist Kieran Gill of The Daily Mail is reporting that striker Marc Guiu trained with the Chelsea team again yesterday after a three-month absence.

He is now pushing to be included as striker option in Chelsea’s squad for Sunday’s trip to Forest.
