Chukwuemeka has got only 130 minutes in the ongoing campaign so far. In five outings, he has no direct goal contribution. He is averaging 1 shot, 2 key passes, and 1 dribble per game (stats via whoscored).

The English youngster has a strong body composition and provides a high work-rate in the middle of the park. He is an intelligent player on the field and is able to make line-breaking passes. His vision and ability to create chances is also remarkable.

Chelsea don’t want to sell Carney Chukwuemeka permanently

Everton are 16th on the Premier League points table and close to the relegation zone. Hence, they need to do better to avoid demotion the next season.

A step in that direction, the Toffees can bring Carney Chukwuemeka as he can provide more quality in the middle of the park. His qualities can help them control the game and dictate terms better on the field.

As Chukwuemeka isn’t getting enough game-time, Chelsea are open to letting him go in the winter window on a loan deal with no option to buy. It remains to be seen whether Everton will want to bring the 22-year-old on a loan agreement or not. Apart from them, the likes of West Ham United and Juventus are also present in the race to get his signature.
